Mrs. PB1 told me a few years ago that someone told her that "all husbands must be trained and for you to accomplish that you have to exercise extraordinary patience and not expect Rome to be built in a day".

When she shared that about 10 years ago I asked her how I was doing.  Her response was classic

Holdgold, geez I have never seen those products in Canada.  Would take the guess work out of baking.  I once took 1/2 ounce fresh and cooked on BBQ for 30 minutes at 220 F.  Then ground up and used some of it in baking. I nearly died with the brownies as the product became so potent and I used too much. I have been nervous ever since. Metered doses good idea!
