The top story in all alternative-news outlets really should be the total absence of coverage of the USA’s pending imposition of an income tax on anyone making over $600 in a single year. That’s right: take in only enough to cover, say, a month’s rent on an uninhabitable hovel, and the IRS will take part of it away from you. This plan, cooked up by the ‘Democrat’ wng of the US’s uniparty, is slated to begin on 1 January of 2023.

The Guardian ran a piece (of shite) today about the dangers of living in Dem-run cities (Philadelphia in particular), blaming, of course, guns and poverty… problems which only Dem’s want -allegedly – to ‘fix’. No mention of the D-plan to drive into utter destitution the currently poverty-stricken.

I have only seen one person mention this atrocity on any news outlet, anywhere. Watch this if you live in the US, and tremble. The WEF is on the move, everywhere, and people are focussed on the wreckage in their wake rather than the path they’re taking.

Platine, which means, "little silver" is as crappy a vehicle as you can find to mimic silver. I use my one ounce PT bars to learn the basics of hammering silver colored elements with handy forging tools that we all have. Namely a 160 year old anvil and modern tools from the 1890s
I got a participation trophy for my rendition of a 100 oz silver Barbie. Those old guys that could take silver and make a high thermal conductivity tea service were ahead of their times. Thus was invented the tea cozy to hide ones' ignorance of basic physical traits of the metals. That led into the blockbuster trade in crocheted door stop covers that could blunt the pain of stubbed toes.
I don't know about you so my Osmium fetish might seem strange. Denser is always better.

Now that the political lying season is over and the TV stations count their lucre, we can get to brass tacks in new legislation.
A modest proposal from one of the solons of Capitol City will reform the church Bingo nights. The law proposes a waiting period of four weeks to cash in each set of numbers played by the winner of each card. "This is to level the playing field for atheists, Mohammedans, and multi-spirit folks that usually do not frequent Catholic church basements". With the backing of the state broadcasters' trade association the law calls for mandatory paid advertisements. "Fair is Fair" said the chief of Broadcast advertising for the group, a Mister Walter Scheinberg.
The legislation is likely to pass as any arguments to the contrary are covered by the previous laws against anti-Semitism.

Did any of you all Remember to wear the Poppy? There was a gentleman that served in the Cuban/Phillipines invasionary forces that gave/sold them every year on the eleventh. It is well and fitting that the Armistice marked the death of the Old Order.
He was a neat guy that had a sense of history in that he was able to convey to any kid that would listen about the greater consequences of that hideous blood letting. I thought that it was pretty darned interesting seeing his original and working electric car charging system circa 1908.
The fellow was the original definition of the political term, "liberal", having no regard for Progressives and any of the other flavors of collectivism. A genuine subversive, he.

Pyrite, I have had it on the first instance of minor car repair. I bought a Camry for cash on the base model. It has more crap than I need and the small screen just pisses me off. The cost of a very minor jogger sideswipe is 2/3 the cost of a cop car. Do you want safety?
Crown Vics PI spls, Have a  look at 50-60 mph rear enders video. I like the kevlar panels and the seatbacks are stab proof when carrying grandchildren. The drivetrain and chassis is simple and the cheapest to maintain.
So what if I don't lurk for you doing five over. I will keep the bubblegum machine on top until my wife deeeevorcices me.
Where else can you get a brick sh!thouse car with 38k and another at 52k miles for 27 oz of glod? (two for one)
I might regret the lack of automatic climate control and many amenities like carpet. Each stuff only has 200k life miles left if I change the oil that I stocked up. I'd have to live to 196 to wear it out, and then I have a spare. They are capable of corn sqeezins so I will plant some kickass GMO to fuel it and to heat the hovel. I don't know much about how hospitals work other than seeing non-treating parasitic bipeds all over the place. I particularly like those signs with the mask mandate showing it covering the eyes. I even lifted one to put it on my hovel door.
I immediately get pissed when a scold motions to get a Chinese mask. My blood pressure rises and the first thing is a BP test that gets 162/72. Then I am told of risk for stroke and related maladies. This was just for the most basic tests that produces extra profit center billing. It seems as though they forego all standard BP technique to irritate enough to get an anomaly for more "treatment".
Two days later for a ten minute procedure. BP again, but it is 120/55 from giving me a wait while mask pulled down and no scolding. I went maskless once situated, not even covering the eyes and they did not object until exiting.
No bleeding nose from the faked covid tests anymore. Goomint has ruined basic medical attentions.

Another person outsmarted a state government trying to confiscate firearms via a gun buyback program with merely a 3D printer and PLA filament.
A man named "Kem" printed 110 firearms on a $200 printer he got for Christmas and turned them into a gun buyback program held at the Utica Police Department in Oneida County, New York.
"I 3D-printed a bunch of lower receivers and frames for different kinds of firearms," Kem told local media WKTV.
He drove six hours across the state to turn in the firearms he printed in August, collecting a whopping $21,000 from the New York State Attorney General's Office.
LOL, some kids still have a sense of political humor reinforcing what a scam goomints are.

GATA be covering me in caca.
Deutch bank and Credit Suisse are both up today when over the weekend they were about to disembowel the continent.
Admittedly they are lagging  their poopy pants silver stocks that are perennial losers to be measured against. A few tens of thousand of millions  of taxcow obligations will keep them in the pink and off of the pink sheets.

mugwump, I am not too far away from you. Did you catch any of the Bears game two weeks ago? That rain dumped on us about 65 miles north of Soldier Field even more, being 9.87 inches in twenty-four hours. It was somewhat dry here until that but heard few complaints about crops other than the unusually cold spring.

Bullion for a disaster scenario:
I recommend platinum bars rather than silver for the obvious reason. All that you have to do is go to your local giant chemical factory to get a good price for their needed catalyst. They might be more interested if you carried in a few hundred pounds of exotic welding rods.

1161 pb, in case of disaster those 100 ouncers will save your life. One in each of four pant pockets, and very sturdy suspenders, will be good to go in your bugout kit.
Why do you think that Earl wore bibs? It wasn't a fashion statement. It was so he could carry six bars, or eight if things got really hairy.

This past Wednesday had a suggestion of the decades ago deep blue backing the puffy white contrast of formerly good weather cumulus. I repeatedly commented to the wife on what was an unremarkable sky to her. That is if you did some moronic Rorschach conversation on what each could see in the sky. At the times when there was pronounced thermal activity to make interesting shapes that dissipated with the lower sun angle, we had a few laughs and close moments.
Nowadays I get silence on my wondering and speculation and eyeball evidence that there is something truly wrong.
What is worse than someone who ignores the evidence of their eyes when directed to look up, and to hell with ground based amateur astronomers. Those are deader than philatelists.

I am quite sure that you do not care for my nature observations, so ignore.
I saw a subspecies of the Admiral butterfly moments ago. These were most common more than twenty years ago as were all species. Why are they all nearly gone? Why aren't the robins chirping to each other from pre-dawn and post sunset. Wher are the wood thrushes and the native sparrows that should be here by now on their way south?
We have herring gulls aplenty that are garbage dump feeders but the terns are nowhere that I have seen.
 Did you ever wonder?

Words mean something. For about five thousand years losing one in ten of your forces had a word for it. Eventually along comes the word "decimated". It has survived for a couple of thousand years but is more now than ever used incorrectly. The financial commercials toss the word as a scare tactic when their saps have already lost more than twice the easily interpreted word as deci which is one in ten. How about duo decimation as the starting point. I will leave the language for logophiles that can get some attention with usable prefixes for eight parts of ten in their investments.
I say that we use the Latin prefixes for their emperors. ...lose 70% on some crap gold stock then you are septimized. Got the pattern? Who nose(k)? That could become a code on this board for unrealized losses on the junk that we write about.
Numerical Prefixes---have a list:

WileE, I have to disagree on what is better on "Heard it Through the Grapevine  Whitfield / Strong". Listen to the simple and great lead in for Gladys Knight, and then The Pips do some outstanding, even for that time, vocal mixing. Marvin Gayes version is blah overdone and he whines. Miss Knight has a far more powerful and pleasing voice. It gave me the hair up like a cat when I first heard that group.
There is no accounting for individual taste; even so, I lay out my claim.

Perhaps it is not a proper verb. It is from a horsey phrase being "put to turf". Put to pasture.
definition of turf out by The Free Dictionary
(tr, adverb) informal Brit to throw out or dismiss; eject: we were turfed out of the club. ... evict - expel or eject without recourse to legal process

Yeah sure. Will I ever get a premium on the ignored and forgotten Canadian silver dollars? They come with the dead queen too. Her visage doesn't do a thing to pretty them up as they are the worst strikes of any coin extant. Their mint should have struck every one in ten grossly off center to gin up some interest in them They are somewhat convenient in that each one is nearly exactly 0.6 oz Troy. But they are only .800 fine.

All that you have to do is have a map of the pipeline and drop a bottom mine when the line is identified. All decent people would not do such a thing. Just wait until the pipeline surface stations that are there here and there boost pressures are attacked. Do as Barry and Mike did to get gobs of propane in a propane non-existent island. I have lost track of just which properties at sea level are most threatened by the heating habits of the proletariat.

As I get close to the end of my existence on the orb I have made a concerted effort to eliminate blasphemous words and perhaps going for sainthood, blasphemous thoughts toward those that demand control. I have failed miserably from a very few lapses in viewing the TV news. I am weak and have forsworn that inducement to gutter language.
