a year or two from now you will look back and realize how early in the market you actually were
just like in the dot com bubble, the real money comes in at the end
physical and especially the miners are extremely underpriced
whenever dividends begin to be announced, prices will skyrocket
I expect dividends on some of my miners will exceed my purchase price
but whenever you enter, there will be some volatility
just like whenever you pick up many miners, the price seems to drop for a few days

you are still an early member of the club

property taxes may be higher here
but they are frozen at age 65 and never go up after that time
you can also buy a low price house and then take that appraisal/the related annual taxes with you if you purchase a more substantial residence

I'm so old that in my early 20s, silver was available dollar to dollar for FRN- I acquired lots back  then
in the late 1960s I noticed that $5 dime bank rolls were about 19% AG, $10 quarters about 40%ag and half dollar rolls about 55% AG. I assumed that hlalves were too expensive to hoard. accumulated the halves
in 1968 I began buying junk silver for $1.15 per dollar face
liquidated all the junk silver in 1980
in 1981 I found a source for Mexican junk silver for 10% under spotted got some
now I'm a certified geezeer looking at what I sold
