With a threat like that Iran should threaten to take out all the desalination plants of the entire Gulf States including Israel.  In other words you threaten us and we may destroy every Motherfecken one of you.

That is how you handle threats from a blowhard.

As I reflect on the content of this interview, what appears to be happening is that this administration is attempting to lose this war but let it develop in a way that it appears to the populous that it was beyond our control.

So oil is $160 in the Middle East according to CNBC and $97 to $110 in the US due to our energy independence.

Summary:

First we blew up the pipeline that supplied Germany and other parts of Europe with Russian gas.

Second, Trump and his buddy Nuttiyhoo blew up the energy prices for Europe by attacking Iran.

Is it any wonder we have no allies any longer?

Off to mail our property tax bill for the entire year rather than chancing sending it in late at the 6 month interval.  It now costs us $134 per week just to stay in our own home that no longer has a mortgage payment.

Our local community now has an $84000 per year diversity equity and inclusion 'officer'.  At a local elementary school the teacher was 'teaching' her young charges that A is for activism.  I recall when A was for apple.

Flash back

Hank Paulson's request for a $700 billion bailout in 2008 faced significant backlash from Congress, with many lawmakers accusing him of misleading them about the plan's intentions and expressing concerns over the lack of oversight and accountability. Critics labeled the bailout as a deceptive "bait-and-switch" that primarily benefited Wall Street rather than addressing the needs of struggling homeowners and businesses.

And now

President Trump has proposed a $200 billion funding request to Congress, primarily aimed at supporting military operations in Iran. This figure has sparked significant debate regarding its implications for U.S. military engagement and budget priorities.

"It costs money to kill bad guys".

Shelter your savings while you still can.  These people are gangsters and they want it all.  The dirty secret that is out in the open now is that taxation is a combination of direct confiscation in April and systematic embezzlement through the inflation tax accomplished by continuously going further into debt and expanding money supply.

It's the step up provision that relieves our children of the capital gains taxes.  It's the secret of the rich that has been kept from most of us mere proles.  The super rich of the early 20th century escaped with these trusts and and endowments.

Why not do this?  The politicians would just p*ss it away.

Notna and Roan

I took a detailed look at the consequences of selling actual gold and silver and quickly surmised it ended up being confiscatory (especially in a radically progressive state like Minnesota). We decided to pour every possession we own into our reversible trust.  We just completed the last part of it at our attorney's office last Friday with witnesses, notary stamps and our signatures.

Given how physically spend the Mrs. and I feel at our age, we decided this was the best way to provide some economic stability for our adult children and grandchildren.

If the final value of our possessions exceeds $3,000,000 (which is not anything like it once was) in Minnesota a 13% estate tax kicks in.

Here is an AI description of this tax

In Minnesota, the estate tax rate ranges from 13% to 16%, depending on the size of the estate. The tax applies to estates valued over $3 million, with the rate increasing as the estate value rises.

WPM....110-115
FNV......210-215
RGLD....200
NEM.......85

Doesn't mean I want all four, I just want a zone to start buying up the others on my list of 20.

Shelock, I don't either.

However, I've changed my investment behavior based on advice from a former co-worker of mine who does very well.

He says I set myself up to choke if I buy $3000 or even $5000 on a new position and it goes against me.

I bought 20 total stocks in our cash account and the same 20 in my IRA and only bought $250 positions.  The commissions on some of them sting but I have to stay with this plan to emotionally live with it.

So only $11000 total is now committed.  Will keep plugging away with $250 buys and gradually build up the positions.

The $200 billion ask is for the banking system and the military part is irrelevant to the main reason for the ask.  Consumers are tapped out on borrowing and so is the remainder of the private sector. When you use debt as a substitute for money, the system implodes if debt fails to expand so war to the rescue.

The system is Babylonian at the core and Satanic

Finally buying PM stocks this morning after being out since February.  Waiting to get past the 30 day wash rule that dings you at tax time.

Picked up the issues that were designated as having the greatest profit margins shared by AF

https://x.com/minenergybiz/status/2012463131839037592

and also some of the issues listed in a John Rubino annual service I signed up for earlier this year.

With oil prices up this much, I am sure that the big profit margins will have contracted a great deal but this only makes them more dominant over their other competitors because they already had the margin advantage.

Many years ago I read a piece describing the GOP as the Charlie Brown party.  They were able to capture a hard fought win only to muck it up over the next election cycle.  This time they could not even hold it together for two years.

I can't say I am even shedding one tear.  When they had a chance to repeal Obama care they sat on the dicks and did nothing.

Given the insanity and criminality of Biden's and Obama's treasonous terms, The GOP should have been set up to govern for 40 years; placing conservative judges on SCOTUS should have only helped.  Now here we are 8 months from the mid-terms and you have to believe they will lose both the House and the Senate and only have Caligula in the White House who will end up wandering the halls talking to pictures of dead presidents like Nixon did, waiting for the impeachment proceedings to begin.

Gold at $5,000 and David Hunter says we haven't seen anything yet. With 50 years on Wall Street, he's calling gold $6,800 by Labor Day and $20,000 by early 2030s. Silver at $180 near-term and $500 to $1,000 next cycle. But first an 80% stock market crash worse than 1929 is coming. And most people won't get out in time. This is not a bull market. It's the last window before everything changes forever.

In this explosive interview, you'll discover:
🔹 Why gold hits $6,800 this cycle then explodes to $20,000 post-bust
🔹 Why silver's $180 target is just the beginning $1,000 is next
🔹 How an 80% stock market crash wipes out 80 years of wealth
🔹 Why housing drops 30-40% and unemployment hits double digits
🔹 Why the Fed will be forced to print $20 trillion or more
🔹 Why gold and silver are the only survivors of the coming collapse
🔹 How the entire western financial system collapses by 2033-2035
🔹 Why buy and hold is dead and capital preservation is everything now
🔹 Why commodities explode next cycle while S&P never recovers

RE: Anniversary

The future Mrs. PB1 and I met in Dublin, Ireland on  trip sponsored by Wisconsin Electric Power.  Her father worked as an engineer for the electric company.  It was my mother that put the bug in my ear to go on that trip because I had missed touring Ireland and the British Isles in 1968 when I ran out of money before the end of our 6 week Eurail pass.  While my ne'er-do-well 'friends' toured that area I lived in the streets in Dunkirk for a week feasting periodically on cheese and bread so I would have enough coin to make it back to Lisbon.

An old co-worker from Washington D.C. went on the trip with me as I did not want to go alone.  My mother actually suggested asking him to go too as she was obsessed about her children seeing other parts of the world so they would not grow up too provincial.

It was persistent prodding from my DC traveling companion that got me to call her and ask her for a date.  Everything that followed lead to our wedding on St. Patrick's Day in 1979 in Milwaukee.  Best decision I ever made, even with her Alzheimer's and my task of being her caregiver.  Marriage is forever.  Period.

Have not had alcohol in years so one drink was more than adequate.  Snow flurries and wind outside so comfort food hit the spot.

Assuming we get a panic cycle in April (Armstrong forecast) similar to the 2008 meltdown gold should drop to near $4000.

The silver chart using the same reasoning has a price drop into the $60s.

The gold to silver ratio got back to 77.7 in the 2008 meltdown. If we had a repeat of that it would open the door to a silver drop to around $50.80 which would be quite the retest.  :-O

Blaming religion and/or politics for the death of interest in gold and silver is too easy a target and does not get to the real issue---education.

Americans, if they have investible capital could give a rats arse about precious metals or mining.  Talk to them.  I have talked to friends, old co-workers and relatives and with the exception of very few of them (who ironically are very rich anyway) look at you like you are from another planet.

Public education has left tens of millions without a clue.

Here is an morsel from PB1.  I actually had a rich uncle.  By rich, I don't mean someone with a few million dollars, I mean someone with a net worth of $114,000,000 when he passed away a few days short of 100 year of age during COVID.  He told me that the thing that separates old money from new money is the knowledge that gold and silver carry a families money across the chasm of economic depressions where currencies fail.  He went on saying that old money can track their ancestry back many hundreds of years because those older ancestors also used the metals to survive the foolishness that politicians employed on their voters to obtain votes.

I was in my 20s when he told me these things.  He came from humble beginnings growing up on a farm in central Wisconsin.  He served in the Navy during WWII in the Pacific and the ship he was on got torpedoed and sank but he was rescued in the water be swimming beneath the surface when it was very bright indicating there was burning oil on the ocean's surface and swimming upward when he found a dark spot.  Eventually he became a lawyer on the GI bill.  His wealth came from real estate.

This dying precious metals site is a symptom of public ignorance from poor schooling and nothing more.

quote
"It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so," attributed to Mark Twain. This emphasizes that false beliefs can be more harmful than ignorance.

I can still remember one day at the age of 9 while I was helping my grandmother weed her garden that I exclaimed excitedly "Oh grandma would it be wonderful to be a pilot" as an AF jet flew over the house near Truax Field on the east side of Madison.

https://www.115fw.ang.af.mil/

She looked at me with the saddest look in her eyes and said "Promise me you will not grow up and throw your life away on another banker war".

Grandma knew the score in 1957 even though she only had an 8th grade education.  I never forgot that day.

QUOTES OF THE DAY

“How could you believe or disbelieve anything anymore? Four maybe five million men killed and none of them wanting to die while hundreds maybe thousands were left crazy or blind or crippled and couldn’t die no matter how hard they tried.” ― Dalton Trumbo, Johnny Got His Gun

“…why will men fight and suffer to advance the interests of their masters, who fling them aside when they have no further use for them?” ― Arthur Findlay

“I heard the military bands playing with false and terrible cheer in the streets as the recruits went off to war [WW1]. I had beat the bed with my fists then, and cried tears of rage that young men must march off to this artful ad calculated accompaniment to places where wagon roads would be laid across their bones.” ― Kay Boyle

CATHOLIC Woman STUNS Tucker Carlson — “The CHURCH is the NEW ISRAEL”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ylKHc61gz6E

This was a test for the Catholic Hierarchy to step up and say,  yes, I am one of his disciples or to deny Christ three times and go out a weep bitterly afterwords.   They proved to be cowards and lukewarm.

Here is a clip of a 1992 movie that describes the problem.

My daughter knew about this before the election and decided to vote libertarian rather than vote for Trump.  She said she could not explain a Trump vote when her daughter Amelia got older and possible found out about this monster;

Everything points to Trump’s **** of a thirteen year old girl,
and it really looks like there are at least two sexual assaults
of underage teenagers, if not several more.

https://www.theburningplatform.com/2026/03/15/this-is-how-trump-was-easily-manipulated-into-launching-the-cataclysmic-iran-war/

Over the years I have usually voted libertarian as both major party candidates I found disgusting.  I dropped my guard when I voted a 'hope' vote that there might be someone out their that wanted to restore America to greatness.  I was a sucker.

Cut from a previous post and attached here

As I have emphasized several times and again today on Rasheed Muhammad’s excellent program the Zionist agenda of Greater Israel means that the talk about mediating the Iranian conflict and restoring peace and stability to the Middle East is meaningless.  Israel’s agenda is not consistent with peace and stability in the Middle East. Iran cannot be secure when Iran is in the way of Greater Israel.

The Iranian president still does not understand this and is making a fool of himself and his country by giving conditions for negotiations to end the war, but a more powerful figure, Ali Larijani, head of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, does understand. Larijani recently stated:

“Tonight, we received messages from U.S. President Donald Trump through the Omani mediator, asking us to negotiate a ceasefire.   Our response is that we will not accept any negotiations as long as an entity called Israel exists.”

From Dallas to the Liberty attack to 911 and trillions spent on foreign wars to facilitate the building of Greater Israel, these hell hounds have been a scourge on all of humanity.  The people sleep as they have been hypnotized by the Zionist controlled media.

quote

You must understand, the leading Bolsheviks who took over Russia were not Russians. They hated Russians. They hated Christians. Driven by ethnic hatred they tortured and slaughtered millions of Russians without a shred of human remorse. It cannot be overstated. Bolshevism committed the greatest human slaughter of all time. The fact that most of the world is ignorant and uncaring about this enormous crime is proof that the global media is in the hands of the perpetrators.

If the treatment does not involve a patent and profits, the medical system is not interested in it.  You can take that to the back because big pharma has been doing just that for years.

$64 yes, but not much lower.

But IF

Runaway deflation sets in which the system is certainly at risk for, then lower metals targets are  easily set up for.

Welcome to the world where a $500000 house drops to $225000 and a $2 million dollar house falls to $700,000 or even lower.  Bankruptcies galore.

Truth can often resemble fiction, as real-life events and characters may inspire or parallel fictional narratives. This phenomenon highlights the blurred lines between reality and storytelling, where authors draw from their experiences or observations to create relatable and believable characters and plots.

believe a massive culling of goyim is a prerequisite for the
