Any thoughts as to the down trend on futures on Palladium and Platinum today. These have been a steady climb day after day with minor pull backs. However both down today Pall 2% the other 1.70%? Strange while Gold, Silver and Copper all three up premarket showing on Finviz.

https://elite.finviz.com/futures_charts.ashx?t=METALS&p=d

Looks like I spoke too soon 7:39 CT Monday morning now Copper has joined in for a down trend.

Okay folks, I am holding due to the fact I really don't have much choice. Most especially since I spent my spare powder on the pull back. I know that all holding stocks unless you bought at the very bottom are probably experiencing the same effects. However one of the things that drew me to this group was the maturity here. I have seen many if not all of you have been dealing from this deck for years. I am holding all PM and Energy stocks all or most named. I sure hope that things turn around. Anyway with all that I would encourage all of you mature trader to advise those like me if you foresee a plane falling from the SKY and dont take the last parachute. Leaving me your bag of dirty laundry. Thanks for all your wisdom I really mean that.

You know guys I realize I am new to the site and most if not all of you have years ahead of me in the purchase and stake in PM stocks. However I am learning I just hope its not too late and too little. I have watched the market makers and banks rip retail traders a new bunn hole year after year. I am hoping and holding and believing paper PM stocks and oil stocks are going to recover. I sure hope I am right. The issue of the US trying to save the dollar has sold the future of this once Great Nation to foreign powers. The lowering of Metals has opened the door for India and China to clean out the reserves. Thanks to all that referred oil stocks I meant to post earlier. This week has been interesting. A new Grand Daughter and other distractions. I sure hope we all survive the craziness. Hope you all reap great rewards for your years of dedication.

Sherlock, I can't thanks you and others that have been posting tickers. I am new to the platform however I have been trading for years. I am fairly new to stacking and paper PM stocks. I joined this group because the lack of fluff, as well as the years of trading knowledge in the group. I myself are now semi-retired and have the time to trade daily and appreciate any and all help.
Throughout the years I had collected some silver mainly coins. I will say it's hard to weed through information on other platforms. I do understand many here being reluctant to post up tickers for concern others might loose their investment. As for me I except every trade to have some level of risk. I do however research on my own before buying any stock, as should everyone. Thanks again for all the help and for sharing trades. Hopefully I will be able glen some value to the group.

McEwen Mining Inc (MUX): Tiny Gold Stock, Huge Drama – Is This A Hidden Gem Or Just Hype?
21.01.2026 - 06:19:01
Everyone’s suddenly talking about McEwen Mining’s MUX stock. Gold, copper, and wild price swings. Is this a must-cop or a portfolio jump scare? Here’s the real talk before you tap buy.
We pulled fresh numbers from multiple sources, checked how MUX is trading right now, and scanned what creators and traders are saying so you don’t have to.

The Hype is Real: McEwen Mining Inc on TikTok and Beyond
McEwen Mining isn’t exactly a household name, but in trading chats and niche TikTok FinTok, it’s getting that "high-risk, high-reward" treatment.

Social chatter is framing MUX as:

"Lottery ticket" gold play – small cap, big dreams.
Macro hedge – a way to play gold and copper if you think inflation, rates, or geopolitics stay wild.
Volatility magnet – traders love the swings, long-term investors are more split.

. Temu has been selling fake silver for months. The problem is I watched a stacker check it and it passed in weight and additional testing. Since I know little about testing I have a brother that does and he said that the only way to weigh any PM is in water. Bottom line you take many of buyers are new to the market. I have held silver throughout my life but just in the last three years started to buy from SD Bullion. I hope and pray its all good. Being they are a major supplier.
