.

something reminded me of this true story in our town some 25-30 years ago.

The scene took place in a crowded night court with an attorney being there representing himself for a DWI ,his third offense. The Judge having known about this attorney that he would appear in his court that night and having warned him about the consequences if he appeared before him again with the same charge of DWI.So the attorney made his way up front and stood before the judge. The judge began a diatribe of yelling  and threaten he would seek to disbar him with as much punishment as the law would permit and that he was going to jail that night..This went on for quite some time and when he had finished being red faced and sweating from the energy he put into his comments and threats. He looked at the attorney and asked if there was anything he would like to say.

The court room was dead silent and on the edge of their seats as they wondered what the attorney could possibly say for himself

the attorney looked around the court room saw police at every door and looked back at the judge. He slowly reached into his pocket and seemed to take something out in his hand .He flicked his wrist and spoke into his hand saying "Looks like trouble down here Scotty ,better beam me up..

the court room exploded in hysterical laughter people falling out there seats cheering and clapping.
It took  awhile to get order back with the Judge banging his Gavel trying to get order back and yelling for the police to remove the lawyer and put him in jail.
True story

God! I have to laugh more. That was really good.  One of the best one's I ever
pulled was on my father in law's A hole friend. We were downing beers by the bucket. I was engaged and in laws friend was giving me sh*t ALL night. SO I ignored him by rolling this little ball of stuff in my fingers. He finally couldn't take it and ask what I was so interested in. "this little ball" I said and handed it to him.
He rolled around in his fingers for awhile and asked me where I got it from.
I picked it out of my nose I told him. The was the end of him. No more
BS messing with me.

That's some expensive Ohio venison

Of the sundry ways citizens can become criminals in these United States, deer poaching doesn’t rank among the most sordid or the most penalized. Punishment, nonetheless, can be substantial when the crime fits.

A ring of players centered around A & E Deer Processing in Gallia County walked out of a court appearance this month with fines and orders to pay restitution totaling more than $70,000. Court costs totaled more than $6,700.

So ended “one of Ohio’s largest white-tailed deer commercialization cases, spanning four counties and two states,” the Ohio Division of Wildlife stated in a news release.

The case involving 14 defendants and 122 charges proceeded after lengthy investigation by Ohio wildlife enforcement officers with help from the Pennsylvania Game Commission.

Charges, the wildlife division said, included “the illegal taking of deer, the selling of venison, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activities, grand theft, falsification, tampering with records, possession of untagged deer parts, hunting with an illegal implement and complicity to wildlife sales.”

"Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla claimed at a news event last week that the company's COVID-19 vaccines will continue to be "free to all Americans," despite the company's plan to raise the price of the vaccine roughly 400 percent—a price difference that will be picked up by health insurers."

Well, looks like sludge did, indeed, come real close to my suggested $20.55 support level (got to $20.58 earlier), so I'm not surprised by this bounce....I believe it'll run into resistance around $21.35-$21.40 however, as Gold is not really enthralled with this bounce it seems.....as long as it stays under $1750., we're probably not going to the moon...or nearest streetlight, for that matter.....

Well, we got the bounce I was looking for at $1750 - but today is not the day it would normally bounce. So the FOMC Minutes could get sold tomorrow- see what happens, but would also expect this bounce to fade as the day wears on. Still see $1715-1720 in the cards ST before we move higher

Recent Lundin newz…

“ SANTIAGO, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Canada's Lundin Mining is planning to fill in a giant mystery sinkhole near its copper mine in Chile, an ambitious plan that will also see it attempt to pump out water that has seeped into the mine, a senior company executive told Reuters on Thursday.

The huge 36-metre-diameter sinkhole that opened up in late July in the Tierra Amarilla commune, around 665 kilometers (413 miles) north of capital Santiago, drew widespread global attention and saw charges by authorities against Lundin.

Studies to determine the causes of the sinkhole are already in "decisive stages" and a "technical body is already receiving all the information to be able to draw conclusions," Luis Sanchez, president of a local unit of Lundin, told Reuters.

The executive said that regardless of the outcome the firm planned to fill the hole using material such as sand and rocks with the same characteristics as a river bed, as well as fully sealing the affected part of the mine.

Sanchez declined to predict the amount of material that would be needed or the total cost, though he said the firm had already spent some $10 million resolving the issue.”

.pretty good hole in their pocket book too…

Loafy, Newcrest bought 70% of RedChris only, not Imperial metals. RedChris represents 2% of NCM's total Au production. @ RedChris, Newcrest recently drilled 166 meters averaging 1.5% copper and 3 g/t gold, inside a wider 532-meter intercept averaging 0.82% copper and 1.3 g/t gold. NCM is block caving similar deep grades at Haverion with a near Zero AISC.

Is III a buy, hell no.

You think you can avoid eating insects and/or by.products of them..?

You best think again... They are being put into items you'd never dream there'd be a need for insects or insect additives.  The real reason for instilling the notion/idea for the consumption of insects by hoooomans is WAY deeper than it being a simple replacement for other protein sources.  Nuttin to do with carbon based cow farts or sheep burps... or even wabbit chit.
Yar.... WAY deeper.
I suggest watching entire video but have started it the pertinent time slot for this 'bugs.as.common.ingredients' for non.sovereign citizens(6.8 Billion peopleo).  David Dubyne has a lot of good data.... about a lot of chit.

Karl Denninger again hits the nail on the head

Schumer Says The Unspoken

https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=247466

There is no answer to this found in importing more low-intelligence, low-education and thus low-capability people from nations without functional educational and technological infrastructure.  They will fill that gap for exactly one cycle at which point they realize the same thing -- that they can't afford to have kids and make the rent either -- and thus you've actually gone backward since they're more-likely to be below the median income line.

The only fix is to kneecap the scammers, starting with the myriad scams found in health care and, the new one, "green energy" of all stripes so that young couples of child-bearing age find themselves able to have children they can raise and support within their family units on one working-age person's wages while the other's full-time job is the home and kids.

This is a math problem folks and has been turned into a wild-eyed pack of lies by the political and "business" class, all of whom are extraordinarily invested in ripping you off.

you were/are programmed to believe they can/might save you when in reality the Rockefeller's CREATED the medical industry to inculcate you into their industry...Pharmakeia WILL deceive ALL nations...so as to be where the Whirld is now.  Trusting those who PRACTICE on you and participate with the Pharmakeia system(satanic) is insanity.  You will be given the clot shot whilst under GA and never told it occurred.
The ENTIRE system is/has made plans to poison you with their products as evidenced by what was discovered IN the masks being mandated... it's in/on toilet paper... WHO owns these companies that manufacture these products..?  Do YOU think for a second this has not been 'war gamed' through..?  Knowing dissidents and KNOWING how to contaminate them too as unwilling participants in their death to all that have not complied..?  This was war gamed YEARS ago and the producers of these products are complicit.

Cherokeee...."172/68" BP?  Was that a misprint?.....unless I missed something, that's considered rather HIGH blood pressure on the upper end....I typically range in the 118/65 range myself, which I'm told by the nurses/doctor is very good....

lonestar.. if one considers the current political/economic/demon aspects to this market i can only ascertain that it is easily going to break ATH's.  if one considers/ponders/scrutinizes/ANALyzes udder 'provided/presented' possibilities of the future either by enlightened(respected) people like Ayn Rand, or by predictive programming(slave zombies daily intake of reality) as seen daily on all network T/V there can be only one answer... IT is going WAY past the moon as will all petroleum items/products... very soon.  Hang on.. i'm adding all along the way.  BOIL says not to keep more than a day or two... feck 'em i've had 'em for over 6 weeks.. love the volatility and huge possibilities that can be seen on a 5 year chart.. a perfect storm with quite probable home runs if at/on the plate.

Power is GIVEN by mass perception at that moment... just as with ALL paper currencies... their perfect storm is close at hand.. almost all will fail to fill the sail and the vessel will become adrift...for a LONG time.

The Whirld is not as we have been programmed to see/believe

It’s reported a few Fed officials determined interest rate rises should be slower.

That’s being interpreted by the market as rates falling.  No.  It simply means the increases will come more slowly.

I’m very bearish on the market.  Gold and the market are in lockstep right now so I’m a bit torn.  Crap.

Let’s see how this goes….

“ The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) will allow plan fiduciaries to invest retirement funds into companies that promote climate change and other environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.”

https://dailycaller.com/2022/11/23/dol-allow-fiduciaries-consider-esg/

What we have here will be a case of “ If the ducks quack…feed em…feed em ESG “ air”

Norwester1 that is what I'm trying to determine. I need someone to interpret his postings, which seem incomprehensible to me. However being from an agriculture background in my youth I find the use of the maggot slur particularly egregious. Many times I've seen dead livestock coated in maggots. Nothing more revolting. If he persists I suppose I'll have to give him at least a vacation.

Whittaker Chambers - The "Deep State" is Communist

https://henrymakow.com/2022/11/whittaker-chambers-communism.html

I can still recall how our ROTC instructor started out his classes in an old Quadsit Hut at the UW -Madison in 1967;

"Gentlemen what do you do when you find a communist?"

"Sir, you kill it Sir!"

A question for the computer experts. In my town and my state they have made a ton of Bitcoin mining computer buildings. They are so large they require their own power sub stations. One building is 700 feet long. These things consist of computer banks that "mine" data or so they say. I'm wondering if one could flip a switch and suddenly
flood the countries computers with so many tasks they could jamb up all things computer. No puters no banks, no shipping, no power or brain to runs the little things like water plants, fuel refinery's.
COULD THIS BE POSSIBLE?
