So I saw the eclipse of the moon this morning. Not a cloud in the sky. I guess I will never see this blood moon eclipse again as it comes around every 580 years give or take. No big deal other than bragging rights. Reminds me of Hailey's Comet in 1985 I was in the middle of the Kalahari Desert and saw it. Again no big deal other than bragging rights.

I saw Halley's then too, but with an 8" scope. It was really difficult with a Dobsonian portable. I enticed my wife to look too but seeing was lousy looking out over Lake Michigan.
I got her up for the partial eclipse last night.
We went to Tennessee to see the solar eclipse, the only total that I will ever see. It was a spectacle.

IMO, this ...you have to have it now stuff from on-line deliveries is a waste of resources/money.  I placed an order this morning from Walmart for some cat food items and most of it is due to arrive Tues...but I just received notice that because some of it is available in the local store it will arrive today.

Like I can't wait until Tuesday for it to be shipped with the rest of the order?  I would rather they take what it will cost to have someone drop it off today and lower the price of the overall order.

The Bank of England faces another decision next month on whether to become the first of the world’s major central banks to raise interest rates since the coronavirus pandemic struck the global economy. The BoE shocked financial markets on Nov. 4 when its policymakers voted 7-2 to keep Bank Rate at 0.1%, even as it said inflation was heading towards 5%. Since then, data has suggested the labor market withstood the end of the government’s furlough scheme – something the BoE wanted to see before any rate hike, and inflation hit a 10-year high of 4.2% in October. The BoE’s Monetary Policy Committee is due to announce its next policy decisions on Dec. 16 and Feb. 3

Good visual presentation ...Gspot you will like this one...I too was seeing similarities relative to the 2005 area...Rambus on the other hand was seeing 2003

Apollo - if you remember 2005 was the time period where gold rose along with the USD because of the Jobs Act...

M-Stew - and as you said and I agree 2018 was really the start of this new bull market

SilverFox, I think Clif High is an acquired taste.

Initially, his presentations really do sound like a bunch of jibber jabber, but I think that is because we have to get by out 'normie' reaction to him and really listen to absorb what he is communicating.

I am about 25 minutes into the link you shared, but I had bookmarked it last evening and this particular one is really good IMHO.

I'll check out the presentation but I did read this one from a few days ago on 321.

https://thedailygold.com/gold-gold-stocks-to-test-overhead-resistance/

It looks like the current POG is outperforming the analog. I guess that means worse case scenario POG could drop to the $1800 analog level before a breakout in Mar.

A few shares are breaking to new highs already WDOFF and ARNGF come to mind. Many more are testing upper resistance but no breakout yet. As always there's still plenty of dogs that refuse to hunt. Speaking of dogs FSM comes to mind. That dog is laying in the dirt on its back playing dead.

Thanks for posting the presentation!

Gspot ....definitely wouldn't be surprised to see a dip to the low 1800's somewhere along the way.

Probably a lot of merit to ...need a "Monthly" close above 1900 for continued upside.

kgc buys more shares of aurion
https://ceo.ca/@newswire/aurion-announces-that-kinross-gold-corporation-agrees-3be76
i really like aurion
kinross, newmont and b2 gold have interest in this company
https://aurionresources.com/site/assets/files/1317/2104aurionfactsheet.pdf

@Goldfinger Aurion Signs Definitive Option Agreement with Kinross on the Silaskaira Property @newswire/aurion-signs-definitive-option-agreement-with-kinross

This option agreement has probably been in the works for a few months and serves to strengthen Aurion's relationship with Kinross at a time when B2Gold is hot on the trail of a new gold discovery at another 70/30 Aurion JV property (Kutuvuoma-Ikkari Corridor). B2 and Kinross are clearly very interested in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt (CLGB) and Aurion has much of the prime real estate already tied up. An updated slide in Aurion's corporate presentation (  https://www.aurionresources.com/site/assets/files/1404/aurion_corporate_presentation_-_november_2021.pdf) helps to illustrate the significance of this morning's Kinross news.  https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1goicum-

Apollo...most of the options money was taken off the table in the 174 and below area...so all the writers would be concerned with is the 175's currently with only a wee 2 cents above the strike.

Almost all the premium has evaporated from the 174.50's at the current 1856 POG price

for GDX...the further below 34 the better...

Friends in Vancouver and surrounding area are a bit freaked out right now, running out of gas and food. Incoming flights are backed up in Kamloops:  All hotels filled and shelves are empty.

I worked for the salmon commission for a few years.  They built the salmon ladders in Hell's Canyon on the Fraser to get the fish past the flow barriers created by slides.  This was an engineering marvel.  All undone.

Frustrated,

Yes, I have always viewed the 2018 low as "the" low for this cycle. I like to draw a line that rises at 20% per year from that point. A close below would be a sell signal for gold stocks. It hasn't happened yet and we are 21% above it right now. I use the MG135 gold index that comes with Worden Bros. TC2000 software. Over the years, it has been a good index to track. As long as we are above that, it is just spikes/corrections for trading in a bull market. Target longer term for gold shares is just over 2X where we are today.

I can see things going either way over the new month or two so I have some positions and lots of cash. My gold and silver bullion ETF allocation is 100% invested from the $1720 and $22.50 levels

...if you see things moving below your trendline would appreciate a big old HOLLER...

Frustrated,

I like to draw a line that rises at 20% per year from that point. A close below would be a sell signal for gold stocks. It hasn't happened yet and we are 21% above it right now.

Folks ..

I've just upgraded LSteve to Administrator, which also includes the Moderator function.
I'll also stay on for now in case questions arise, but LSteve assumes the primary Admin role effective immediately.

Now that the board has been operating successfully for about 3 weeks, there is little more to do as Admin. I'm sure there will be occasional calls for a change to this or that, but on the whole, the settings appear to be fine and are generally agreeable to most members.

All .. Thank You again for entrusting me and LSteve with these roles.

standard bank silver machinations
@Silver2021 Per Andrew Maguire Standard Bank is heavily shorting COMEX silver while it loads up heavily on OTC physical silver. My conclusion: At some point their barrel will be full and they will no doubt end the short selling on the COMEX and buy back their short futures driving up the price and making a killing on their long physical. Others are likely doing this too. Could be a great 2022. I should have named myself Silver2022. Off by a year.

(gag me, but I'll agree with this part - “bigger than anything we have ever done.” -- relative to money spent...I agree)

House Narrowly OKs Build Back Better Act; Senate Next For Key Biden Agenda Bill

snippet:
But the advancement of the legislation is a victory for President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats, as it moves forward a key part of their agenda with a narrow majority. The Build Back Better Act would expand the social safety net and provide hundreds of billions to fight climate change.

Pelosi has previously shepherded major bill like the Affordable Care Act and Covid-19 relief, but told reporters that Build Back Better was a particularly significant achievement. She said the bill was “monumental” and “historic” and “bigger than anything we have ever
done.

I was out for a few hours this afternoon. Went to Barnes & Noble book store, NAPA and Walmart. Made some interesting observations. At the bookstore they always have 'Foreign Affairs' which is published by the Council of Foreign Affairs. The whole theme of the latest edition was how China is now our new enemy and we will now have a Cold War with them. Someone give me a break. Then at both NAPA and Walmart they are almost completely out of Synthetic Diesel Motor Oil. They have the regular stuff but the synthetic is flying off the shelf.

My nomination for best comedies are oats and behind, coffee. Oats was at sub 300 last year and now at 770. Coffee doubled too. Oats has the prettiest monthly chart though. PMs not so much.
Bigley likes oats. I find them tasty so that is why I became fond of horse paste. BigleyG thinks highjly of them too. Maybe we can start an investment club to "Ferry Across The Frazier" on horses to supply Vancouver. Hardtack and cornbread will save them. Convenient that there is a ready made theme song for our venture. Just change Frazier for Mersey. As soon as we make the first crossing we will list our venture on Vancouver with a float of 243,000,000 shares and warrants and all of the good ****.. Some starving boiler room borker will set it up for a sack of hardtack.
BTW, this is not news in the USA. The newsies are breathlessly hyp er  v entilating on the kid that killed the commies. GATA have your priorities.

They trotted out the devil herself to attack crypto now. After seeing this, if you do not understand that being against crypto that you are on the wrong side of history, I will assume there is no hope for you to change your mind. I am proud to say, whatever this woman has ever stood for, I have stood against, mark up one more.

oilboiler thank you for the link to Kyle Bass. Bass had some great insight. His point on non-public cryptos was insightful. I could see massive flows out of these types of cryptos into gold, silver and public cryptos.

M2.

I stopped the video when he started saying you don't have to pay any capital gain taxes. (use this service) You need to pay it for any other gain in any financial asset. (maybe this is what Hitlery has a problem with it) I would rather sleep at night than to be looking over my shoulder all the time wondering if my Bank account is next. Plus, it relies on a working network to be worth anything or a willing counter party to assume that risk.
I have never knocked crypto here or anywhere else but if you become filthy rich tax free, I doubt they will let it stand which makes it more difficult to use the banking system to pay bills etc.  I have bartered with Pm's numerous times in the past for goods and services no problem... FWIW of course...

I don't know Mike.
I gave the employees a hundred to go to the grocer that was running a special to buy a thirty dollar ham and get a free 16 pound turkey. The rest they could spend on Cheetos and Swiss Miss. Besides, the heat from the oven is welcome in our hovels.

Speaking of foods, I got a solicitation from some Russian outlet in NYC. Some I found interesting and bought over 50# of crap from Ivan. I figure that the USA exports are carefully raised in Chernobyl cooling ponds and the veggies from the exclusion zone.
It is a good thing that I have a pretty good gamma ray spectrometer setup to judge the quality and texture before I taste. One thing that bothered me is the Siberian salt that claims it has every known element in it. Cobalt60 has an easy spectrum as does radio Cesium so I will be safe. Beta emitters don't show up in that but I have  excellent alpha and beta probes. I check my stuff if it comes from anywhere near Hanford or Oak Ridge so this is nothing new.

Win 10 21H2 was released Nov 16 - but 20H2 end if service isn't until May 2022.

I's be waiting until right before that end of service before doing that Feature Update as I did in May of this year.

Windows...not complaining...it's a reality.  Just letting people know what I saw today during my update.  I always backup my system prior to an update...but I've found that backup software can crap out making it impossible to retrieve the backup.  Today Win was doing a BIOS update which it isn't suppose to do...had to hold my breath.

Tax credit for an electric bike...I thought you'z was fun'n with me so I looked it up.

I found that interesting, wolavaka (mssg. 1142) in that all the years I spent both in
West Texas and around Austin, I never ran into any bean preparation like that....Where I had beans, it was usually Pinto Beans with lots of cayenne' and spices, onions, some brown sugar, but no meats added....and that was usually one of the side dishes with an order of brisket or ribs or barbequed chicken....along with potato salad and/or mixed greens.....and, at the end, cherry or peach or berry cobbler with a big lump of vanilla ice cream...and almost always, one of those 24-oz big cups of iced tea.....un-huh...that's how the beans I encountered were...

wolavka, that is OK for a slumgullion. Why not do as I do and pop open a tin of kippers in mustard sauce? They fit in your hind pockets. (in Chicago a pickpocket will always be annoyed)  You can alternate for diversity with sardines in tomato sauce. Be sure to bring Arizona Gunslinger jalapeno sauce which is mild enough for fixing most anything that goes past the tongue. That fits into my bibs in the tool pocket.
I think that bush beans are too sweet so I have a few five gallon pails of storage pintos refritos. May I suggest a lot more onion and peppers of all hues?
Considering all of the awful food that I have eaten, I only was sickened one time severely. Experiment and enjoy!
Oh yes, I forgot to suggest that you use chili sauce rather than the catsup. Stir the mess with a red hot carbonized branch of your favorite flavored tree, or whatever is convenient. It adds a gritty texture and the charcoal leaves your breath fresh for close encounters with females.

Hey Tom at apiary, I bought some funky Russian honey that they do not guarantee the taste or color as it depends upon what flowers are prevalent in the Siberian summer. My wife had a pal from college that married into bee keeping. Her husband had honey from many countries that he showed, but did not care to open for tasting. Some were nearly colorless clear to a dense dark. It is amazing to simpletons such as I to see what goes on in so many differing locales. I will let you know if the Siberian honeys are worth it.

beekeeping: started in 1960. t.s.scott company and the xyz of beekeeping.. realized you could own over 250,000 slaves less drones in a hive that worked for free.
Started processing the honey and selling.

most do not realize that honey does not spoil cause the bees **** in it.  a lot of local is good if you suffer from allergies. old man scott had over 200 varieties in mason jars from all over world. erle is correct.

some of best i got was from marble falls tx that had aged in a hive for 4 years,

still waiting:

Tiers 1, 2, 3, 4: the payout of the bonds and currency is done in order of different tiers. Tier One is the Chinese Royals, then comes Bond Holders, Paymasters, Church Groups, CMKX, F&P, Adjudicated Settlements, Ranch and Farm Claims and other groups, while Tier 4B, (us, the Internet Group) is the largest and composed of the general public: people who have bought currency and/or bonds and keep up with the reset by way of information on the Internet.

Wolakva and Earle: I agree with honey 100% and local is best to defend against allergies. While I do not produce it myself, I have many flowers and fruit trees around that cause swarms of honey bees and bumble bees to fly around our garden. There is a period in late spring where the buzz is so great around the house that it is hard to hear people talk. We only buy natural honey from local producers, with no filtration and pasteurization. We do not keep sugar in our house, everything is either local honey or local maple syrup.

New Dr. Carrie Madej’s Latest Bombshell Revelations: “The Frankenstein Code – These Are Not Vaccines!”

IN HER NEWEST SCORCHED EARTH DISCUSSION, Dr. Carrie Madej simply Can NOT stay silent about the ABSOLUTE DANGERS of the Covid-19 “vaccines” any longer! In fact, in this SCATHING PRESENTATION, she literally describes the ‘Killer Concoctions’ as ‘THE FRANKENSTEIN CODE” and HAMMERS the ‘Purveyors of the Poison Jab’ as ‘Murdering Psychopath Witch Doctors’ who are HELL BENT on the TOTAL DESTRUCTION & ANNIHILATION of the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE, as we know it today.

The ‘Kung Flu’ (as it’s been referred to by none other than POTUS Trump), is only ‘KILLING PEOPLE who are already suffering from cancer, diabetes, heart disease and a plethora of other autoimmune problems’ – so now WHY IN THE WORLD IS EVERYBODY being told to get the ‘Killer Jab’ when the risk of DIRE & GROTESQUE INJURY FAR OUTWEIGHS the risk of dying from Covid-19 or the fake Delta Variant, or Beta, or Gamma or WHATEVER ELSE THE DEMONIC FAUCI & GATES CONCOCT NEXT?! Get ready for a BEATING unlike you’ve seen in recent days, as Dr. Madej RIPS THE THROATS straight out of these Deep State Demons in this ‘DO NOT MISS’ Epic Video! Grab the popcorn, and get ready for a trip down the Rabbit Hole and a takedown of Satan’s Army!

Just because you are paranoid does not prove that they are not out to get you
